Wes there was not a problem on either side and I personally need about a 6 month break. I will assist James on anything he needs but I am no longer drawing a salary and my disclose will be on that site you posted. James reluctantly accepted my resignation and agreed to give me time to think about what I really want to do.

Again this was my idea and not the company. I like this stock, James and all the people at DMEC. I will continue in my efforts to get a company to do the website. I just do not want to be a spokes person ...

Hey, I figured most would be jumping for joy ...

I am now back to lurking where I wasn't before.

I am saddened to hear of this. Gary has always been up front and honest with me. He never tried to BS or give me a "Snow Job", about DMEC. He is a good man and he will be missed, by many.

I can only speak for myself. Gary was always up front and level with me. He told me several times that he was trying to resign, but that Mr Lu had always talked him out of it. He was successful this time.

Of course, I respect your opinion and you may know more about it than me. I am sure that we both feel we are correct.

I stand by my opinion and I respect yours. One of us is wrong. No matter, Gary is gone. Good Luck to him, regardless of the situation at hand.

Jake's got me doing it now. But is seems appropriate in the circumstances. Anyway, I don't think Gary will disappear completely; we will probably hear from him now and then.
