I think we will see a lot in the next week if the info from Chez is accurate. We should know more about GAD reoppening. We should know more about this supposed deal with an unnamed U.S. electronics company. We should see some financial info. We've been led down this "next week" path before. But the responses seemed pretty firm indicating answers would be soon forthcoming. Dennis and Darrell, if your speculation is right about lack of equipment and resources being responsible for production problems, than there truly is hope. If such is the case, then either a joint venture or that long-awaited Israeli loan just may provide the solutions to their problems. Lots of ifs still. I went out on a limb and bought more today- rolling the dice that half of Chez. info may be true.

To all;
As followers of this thread know all too well, the decline in the stock followed the failure of the company to achieve a much hoped for agreement with MOT. The finger pointing aplenty has followed, with some fingers pointed at MOT itself capable of following sharp business practices. Therefore, I wish to bring to the attention of all an article the page 1 of today's WSJ detailing how MOT treated one of its small customers. Its not very pretty, but it appears to confirm to what has already been alleged on this thread regarding MOTs corporate tactics in dealing with small companies. And just one more thought:
if MOT can do it to a small company, then maybe the other companies that ISSM/GAD has negotiated with did it too. Maybe there are some big bullies who would just love to get ahold of some valuable technology on the cheap from inexperienced entreponeurs. Food for thought.

It's getting awfully quiet here lately. My impression is that all the faithful have jumped ship. Any other long-time contributors to this thread still holding, waiting, praying...?

Loren,
Still here. I'm still holding all my IRA shares, plus, at a nickel a piece I've bought 60k more. Purely a gamble at this point.

Good luck to you and the all rest of us,
Mark Smits

Loren: No reason to talk. No reason to sell (holding, waiting)
Who hasn't at least toyed with the idea of loading up bigtime
at 6 - 7 cents??? This has, after all, been more of a lottery ticket
than a stock for quite a while.

I did.

Picked up 125k last week at .06. I'm gambeling on some good news by week's end. Seems that there might just be hope for this company yet. We'll see....

I'm in for 50,000 more at .05. Maybe only the true gamblers are left here. My reasoning is that I think this company still has a decent chance of surviving. If it survives, it will undoubtedly rise much higher. How many other investments can you possibly make 10 x, 20 x, even 50 x your money? Besides ISSM just being able to pull off any kind of deal, I am a little concerned about dilution of shares with the reg s. filings. Not having much knowledge of these matters, can someone explain reg s to me and how many shares may now be outstanding?

I still in. At this price, it's not worth to sell.
