Meanwhile the managers of the company no doubt got their salaries, bonuses and Ice Water, including Bernie. There was no Ice Water or cash left for shareholders or creditors who went to Hell without passing Go.

You are correct. No need to foolishly spending a couple million on lawyers in an attempt to recoup 3 Billion Dollars in defective hardware.

just curious, but did Mr Vayda look into/read/grok the referenced/cited FCC filing In Totality before making His "informed" comments?

this naive simpleton high school dropout's reading/grokking of said FCC filing: Mr Farr's comments were Some Pretty Well Informed Ones/SPOT-ON! (pun not intended :D)
