I find $0.007 very hard to believe. Do they include depreciation of the huge capital cost of the plant?

Here is the video:

Listened again and he says "0.7 cents" then goes on to say 'NG in 2011 cost 5 or 6 cents and this [nuke] is below a cent".
The quotes are not exact but capture the statement.

I have never seen a cost for nuclear power that low.

I think he was talking about the fuel costs. But it is still quite interesting that the fuel cost can be 0.7 cents per kwh.
Another of the big costs is the capital used. Well this is the time to finance that with rates low.
And a big part of the cost of waste disposal could be turned into revenue instead of cost with the stroke of a Presidential pen if waste could be reprocessed as they do in France.

If all they are talking about is the fuel cost, then the cost of solar is zero.

I have patiently waiting to short some of those heavily inflated solar stars. It seems to me that at some point investors will realize that they are investing in companies that have limited earnings potential.

Stunning is the word, indeed. .007 vs .05 hardly seems possible?

Solar stocks still down massively. Be careful there. I got burned a few times thinking the same.
