Thanks for posting. The hook in that PR is the offering -- another 8.5 mil sh, call it 10 percent. A little disappointing, thought they had enuf cash cushion for a reasonable period to work out the monitoring program with fda. Could signal they think it will take awhile, or maybe just want more cushion (hopefully). Of course, I'm still assuming approval with followup cardio study and not a pre-approval study...

Advocating that virtually all placebo patients should have their placebo taken away.

At least one biggie... this "expert" panel has finally recognized that these suckers will NOT be taken long-term.

I am long vivus too. Just for the sake of discussion why can't the fda approve and say we need to finalize the rems and that can take a little more time. Maybe fda wants to use the extra time for reading into the extended patient trial and make sure everything is ok.

mostly appears to be vivus modified rems after discussing with the fda. Now the wait for avanafil pdufa on 29.

REMS was definitely modified as a consequence of feedback at the AdComm meeting.

Not that I follow him, but saw this am that Adam F at the street.com said that Q will be approved and L (Arena) will not.
