VLAD,

DO you really believe that LONG TERM Vivus holders would throw in the towel at this point knowing what's on the horizon? I doubt it.
Hell, the party has just begun, although a year later than expected.

VLAd, in regards to AUA and Viagra. It no longer matters what blue smoke and mirrors gets thrown out there by the prestidigitators ( wheeyyy, do I still remember how to spell that one? I hope it's correct, if not somebody please correct me,gg ), ie " performing magicians ".
The market has spoken. That is the ultimate arbiter. Viagra sales are dalling after one of the largest and still on going drug launch in memory if not history, by PFE and the media. It is sheer miracle that Vivus survived and it did so only because of the two drugs' ( alprostadil and prazosin ) pharmacologic and clinical fundamentals.

I am waiting for Viagra black box instructions. It is only a question of time,

TA

Vivus still playing things close to the vest. Not wanting to be overly optimistic. They said today they still expect the year to be as previously forecast. Also only mentioned the $ 4 MM already paid. No mention of when the other $ 4 MM is expected. Exceopt to not mention it as a possibility in 2nd Q.

I think the overcaution is just fine as it will continue to build up the pressure for the final break.

TA...I'am less concerned if VVUS pops up fast or slow ...it's still going to rise and the turnaround is inprogress.

By July longs will be rewarded ....if it happens a month or two early so be it...

Well I sold June 5 Calls for 1 3/16 on 15 % of my position. Why do that when I think I will get more for the stock in June?

Well the car needs timing belt, catalytic converter and pipe to connect muffler, ball joints in RT front.

Also needs hood release, new muffler....but she's not getting those.

Just did radiator and water pump...thank goodness for help from friends on that.

But another reason is to calm the nerves. At least I got something out of this move. Just like the last move. I sold the same calls for 1 and something then bought them back later. Pocketed about $ 1000 spending money. I don't really believe I'll get the chance this time...but that's ok...I got plenty of stock shares to cash in.

VLAD,

Well I see Tuna's back and hasn't missed a beat. I hope SI has the added capacity to accommodate the information overload which Tunica is about to bestow on us. <gg>

RT,

Well maybe it's a good thing he showed up. TUNA take over. The VLAD is getting weary and tired trying to tend the Vivus flock. He needs a Vacation. Vacation money unavailable thanks to the taxes just paid including the 10% IRA liquidation penalty paid thanks to Vivus margin calls.
