I believe you are incorrect Phil.

I can't even do a search of old posts by people. As far as I can remember I used to be able to do that.

I read your post, but have zero understanding what your point was.

Since I have not posted here in a good while, until recently, it was my understanding you could do limited searches, but not extended/unlimited searches.

Am I wrong?

Phil

So there's less info on one screen

Bob:

The "reformatting" was caused by a new post on
Message 25745542

and its long Ticker of

AFN/AVFCF

Nevermind.

Your response is pretty much what I expected. IMO whether you like it or not this site will be affected by the inevitable (my prediction) downfall over at your sister site. Hopefully this attempt at moving on to another venue to start this all over again will not fool anyone this time.

I know you won't answer this since I've attempted to ask this question 3 times at SI and at least 4 times at IHUB. How could a paid subscriber get a permanent boot over the questioning of IHUB Admin's cozy relationship with IRP's (disclosed and undisclosed)? Looking back Bob you must admit that my predictions look to be somewhat legitimate. How can so many requests for an explanation be ignored? Would similar requests by an IRP be similarly ignored?

Also, how in God's earth can the TOU violation (listed below) not cause temporary suspensions in the accounts of ALL posters INDICTED by the SEC? Please notice the word "suspected" in the paragraph below. Seems like a pretty simple decision to me.

Any suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity may be grounds for termination of your membership account and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

I will continue my goal to send daily e-mails to all advertisers at both sites (detailing the current dilemma with the SEC and the blatant course of inaction by management) until management starts to display a small amount of integrity in this situation.

What part of "may be" don't you understand? Termination is an option that always was & will be at the discretion of ADMIN...get over it.

Seriously, "may be grounds for termination" could easily be "is grounds for termination". The judgment comes in as to whether to apply the grounds for a particular situation. IMJ.
