Hi Dave. Now that SI is back up, I noticed I cannot access
any posts on my thread. When you click on any message, you
get, "*The message cannot be found". That is for any
message on my thread, 'I Will Continue to Continue, to
Pretend....'

I just tried to PM this message to SI Bob & got a
submission error message.

Is there still a bug in the system?

Hello again, Dave...

Well, I tried to respond to your PM again, and again it failed. So, I created an original PM, and tried to send that to you. It also failed.

Therefore, I conclude that, since I cannot PM you (either as a response to an existing PM, or creating an original PM), but you apparently encountered no problems in sending me a PM, the problem must lie in either the files/tables or the process. The files/tables may have protection on them that allows your admin account to access them, but denies the average user. Or, the process itself may be privileged to your admin account. Something in your admin account allows you the privilege of posting PMs where I am being denied.

Thanks for working hard to get the job done.
I hope Bob had a great 17th anniversary!

No, I'm having some issues too. Something more subtle is at play here. I can post PMs to some, but not others.

I'm having the same inbox prob, too. Temporary workaround: back up a few msgs in the thread list then click 'next 10' to view/respond. (though, obviously, it won't clear the inbox count)

"I've experienced the same thing. Any message that is a reply to one of my messages comes up "message not found", for me."

Correction to my earlier msg: "Temporary workaround: back up a few msgs in the thread list then click 'next 10' to view/respond." View works but respond isn't happening. Bummer. Signal flares might work, or a bright flashlight for Morse code.

LOL! That's what it seemed like.

Oracle: Gonna boot me, huh? Well, take this for a parting shot. And that. And this, too!
