Anyone still holding this stock?

I emailed Walsh for information on company status. His reply:

Hi Richard -

The current status is that as of today we are not trading and the proposed
acquisition of Pacific by Rochester is on going but not yet finalized.
Rochester has completed all of its requirements while Pacific is still in
progress. The main outstanding issue is that Pacific is required to bring
commitments to fully fund the Bankable Feasibility Study to the table
in the amount of US $4 million.Today 1/2 is in place with negotiations
with several groups ongoing to fund the balance.We also have a listing
application filed with the CDNX and would hope to resume trading as soon
as the funding is finalized.
With fingers crossed my best guesstimate is 4-6 weeks!

Yes, I unfortunately still own some of this POS. I tried to sell some at year-end for the tax loss, but there was no market so now I am stuck with it.

any further news from Rochester's management about their plans? I wonder if Mr. Walsh's prediction of 4-6 weeks came to pass?

I have heard nothing, but I did recently look at their most recent quarterly financials on www.sedar.com, and it looks to me that the company is well on its way to going bankrupt.

In spite of this, Mr. Walsh continues to suck out exorbitant management fees.

This is a real POS!

Is it still trading? I pulled up a quote and saw zero trading volume and no bid/ask on Toronto exchange. Is it trading on a different exchange?

It hasn't emerged as a new name somewhere? I sold out of it a LONG time ago but a family member still had some. Those Vancouver bums are really something!
