To all, Hang Seng is up 6.6%, Malaysia is up 6.3%. Yahoo is not working on foreign markets tonight so try Stocksmart at: stocksmart.com

INDEX UPDATE
-------------------------

Last week around Wed or Thurs I changed my position on the market per my posts on the Tech Option Thread. Originally, I had stated that technically there was a good chance to see a TECHNICAL DELAYED DIP(DOUBLE BOTTOM), but then I changed my position since I started notiicing technical signals that the market was returning to technical normality, and was quantified by my GUITAR calculations.

At such time I raised my bottom to 7250-7300.

This morning I just recieved another strong signal that the technicals are returning to normal, besides the strong performance of the foreign markets. Therefore, I am raising my bottom for the market to 7300-7400.

Per my short-term technicals, they will become overbought in the 7600-7700. This is not to say that the market cannot go higher, it just will tell me that my short-term technicals are at maximum levels and that I need to revert to my MID-term analysis to determine further movement.

If the market crosses the 7600-7700 range then it will be obvious that the probability of retracement to the 7000 range, as many of the big boys predicted, will be reduced dramatically and that the correction is over.

I will be starting to buy small amount of calls today, and I am currently leaning towards DJX DEC calls. With DEC calls there is added safety, but I also believe that the will be a good chance for a strong runup thru the early part of DEC.

At this time I feel the correction is over, and that the market will react to the normal technicals (IE: when it gets overbought it will pullback normal ammounts and when it gets oversold it will rise).

I thank all for your support

Seeya

Speculators are like vandals once they go after a currency they have the capacity and the capability to destroy it, once the confidence is shaken things go far worst than needed- at the first place if these countries would not indulge in Who has the biggest ...k competition like putting a billion $ Sky scrapper and other non-sense they would not be in such a mess however that said anyone who thinks that 'this voltality is harbinger to world collapse' is not aware of iota of human endurance and capacity. stock market is a reflection of human success over adversity and for me Mexico bail out of 30 billion$ did not cost the US a penny but if it was allowed to go under the world financial system would deeply hurt. donesian package of 3 billion$ removes the first problem that of liquidity and it is like saving Chrtsler we are living in new world where interdependence is a must and economic woes of a region can affect our daily lifes here in US- so if God has given this opportunity of global sensible leadership to US- why not use it- AG today is the Chairman of Global Federal reserve in absence of glod standards which broght the gret depression this is the way to handle.

In a crisis never sell your positions buy a index put -in a stampede to much of fine tuning of your portfolio can be dangerous- in case of a put you can get out of it reasdonably fast - more fastere executions - I noticed there was far more of confidence on S&P pits then overall market- pits resumed normalcy much faster.
