Spoke with IR, news to be out tomorrow AFTER the open. I imagine sometime before 12 pm EST. Hopefully within the first hour. By the way, the land line deal that PLFM is working on (with Guiterrez--spelling?) might be much bigger than we think. They have won a fairly large chunk of Brazil--including parts of the Amazon. As i have anticipated for months now, PFLM will be acting as a subcontractor, and indeed they are. As a matter of fact,
I anticipated these companies that did the bidding knew they would be contractually obligated to provide total coverage in their areas, including remote areas...thus, the need for PLFM's technology. Now the land line company--as opposed to the cellular arena--that PLFM is working with will utilize PLFM's technology for switching relays...thus avoiding huge expenses in laying land lines in the remote areas. Do not be surprised if this land line deal
is a windfall in itself for PLFM. However, dont expect news on this tomorrow. I could be wrong, but we may not see numbers for a couple of weeks.

What to look for in tomorrows release: the names of cellular companies that PLFM will be working with, 2. and the mention of PLFM's team beginning contract negotiations. Negotiations for CONTRACTS--with solid revenue coming down the pipe (and it will come). PLFM has had preliminary to moderate level talks with these companies before the bidding, but within the next two weeks, things will really heat up. The reason i believe no massive contract
is in the wings for tomorrow is simple, the negotiations held to date were not too detailed... because of the bidding process, these companies did not and could not commit to using PLFM's service (because there was no guarantee that these companies would win in the bidding). Now that the deposit has been paid by the companies to Brazil..let the negotiations begin. IMHO, that is what we will hear tomorrow. Looking for a nice tick to the
upside in the coming days...until we see the numbers. Then I believe PLFM will gain much credibility, and investors as well as institutions will respond in kind. Good luck all. Do your DD. Im outta here for a bit. Hope good news is around the corner for us all.

I think plfm is way beyond that stage. I think we will see the start of contract negotiation next week. But it will definately take more than a week for lawyers to finalize the contract. So I don't think we will see "the wrap-up-sign-on-the-dotted-line type scenario" next week.

I found this on another thread and thought it would help boost PLFM confidence (not that we need any more confidence)....Anyway take it "FWIW" <--- not a stock symbol....

Let us review............

First I want to thank Yangzi for his insight. Yangzi, I am sure you know who I am. I want to post this message
to all parties that own shares and are thinking about owning shares in this company.

We have had an ownership position in this particular company for approximately one year. I have personally
visited management and facilities in California while examining several other small companies in the L.A area
earlier this year. Since that time, we have seen the company develop in both size and scope. This is what I
personally think about the company and where it is headed in both the short and long-term.

Everybody in the market is out for their own interests with many investors prepared to drop the stock once it
passes $1 to $1.50 level. I want to caution that investors may be missing out on the best part of the ride if they
do this.

I can say this until I am blue in the face. I have told other institutions along with individual investors that the most
important item you are buying in small companies similar to PLFM is management. Management is key for the
success of the company that has significant constraints due to lack of resources. Howard Foote is a man that I
would gamble on every single time. I know he will succeed. Investors should be assured that Howard is going
to make this company into a dominant player in the space, defense and telecom. markets. I believe he is on the
verge of this at the current time.

The size and scope of what the company is currently working on would blow everybody away. More
institutional money will be coming very shortly. Soon enough, many will see the enormity of contractual
agreements the company is dealing with. I know of no other comanies that are in a similar situation to this
company.

Although it is very arduous to state what the valuation per share will be in the long-run. I have full confidence
that revenue streams over the next three years will be in the hundreds of millions mark with all three divisions. In
that respect, I would suggest that the stock would be more correctly valued if it traded in the $3 to $5 range at
this juncture and $7 to $15 by the end of the year if Howard and his team continue to finalize only half of what
we believe to be on their plate at this time.

Please do more due diligence. I suggest that the more you find out, the more you will think this stock is
extremely undervalued at these levels.

I wish everyone the best. If you have invested in the stock, consider yourself as very fortunate. If you have
bought at higher levels, you may want to consider averaging down.

There is much more to come in just a bit. Hold on for a great ride and congats on a great stock selection.

Warmest regards,

J.B.

I know J.B. (not personally) who posted that message on Yahoo thread. I don't think he is a SI member although he has been a long time lurker.
I tried to encourage him to let people know who he is since I believe his presence will be viewed as a very positive sign by many shareholders here.
