Richard, Looks like Chuca has done a great job here.
One of my friends in is the IR dept and can answer more detailed questions. John Chalcraft 604 687-7472. In Vancouver.
It is a current shell with few assets and the only hope is to place an asset therein and make it go. Currently they are talking with a software company that values it's SW at $16 million. Needless to say to vend in a $16M assets at 10 cents = 160 million shares, so there is the need to take it uo to a reasonable price for the transaction. The SW company will end up with control and that is fine. Apparently Yahoo made an offer to the SW company but they decided to buy into a shell.
Apparently they have met and are doing their assorted SW appraisals to make sure the SEC agrees that the SW has a true value of $16 million...again reasonable.
Do not be put off by the fact that it is dead shell. All of these type of transactions are like this. I look at it as a shot at a 10 bagger or ever more as they want to go regular nasdaq which needs $4.
So I bought some and some friends bought some. If you do want some, tread with care as the MM will sense eagernes and pull the price up.

Tha work of Chuca.....great stuff.

Chuca, Well you really went to town, excellent work. I put that on the LGDRE thread
Message 12584198

I think it is worth a shot. Some of the biggest 10+ baggers came from this kind of shell takeover.

The IR people feel the transaction will complete in the next two weeks, but you know what they say about promises. At least this is the ground floor.
I put it here for those people who got beat down with IPM so they have a shot at making some money back. I am not in the management or promotion and I bought some retail and will buy more soon.

How's the new Position going. It is frozen in the tundra? What a pain in the ash. Last year - some couple years afyter claiming the base of several volcanos we decided to ask a Diamond Specialist about our Pipes of Lava. Talk led to a discussion the in the Great Southwest there are 66 Million Years old Pipes and 16 Million Years old pipes, and the diamond era is in the 80-150 ( or was it 350)years old era ( eons) of pipe volcano age. Quite an education, it led me to study Alberta where the age is in that rehlmn in two ares of age. I hope to visit Alberta some time this year to see it for myself. ( My new favorites up there )Has anyone seen the Jay Taylor Report on Birch Mountain, he had said no PLAY exists on Alberta Diamonds if one reads between the lines. As in Company X dirt that goofed up in the Greatsouthwest years ago he said that if Engineering of Complex Mineralizations is not prooven, that the value of those attempting it would goe to zero. ( In stock price) Conversely, he suspects rapid appreciation if so prooven. We've all been there before/ but I had been saying for a year now I like dual plays. Zeolite and Gold/ Diamonds and PGMs/Praire Gold Models. Silver and Gold.
Question we have some half ounce per ton silver near one of the old volcanos, what does that mean, RM says that there is a Silver Play developing. I hear that silver has to be multi OPT to be economic. Has ITRO made a fortune in the dual market sehments of AG recycling and Gold-N-Grow Marketing to golf cources. I better click on Mike's name ...He was the ITRO specialst several years ago. I haven't kept up with silver.

Chuca, Legend, that stock I told you about a few weeks ago at 10 cents signed their deal. 2 million shares today and it closed at 50 cents going to $4, when I will exit.
Did anyone buy it? It was a genuine tip to try and help those that lost money in IPM.
I have another. Miranda, now at 20 cents on the Vancouver....going to $1 soon.

>Richard Durbin (D-IL) to strike language included in Section 3105 of the

>Management Act) regulations cannot be "inconsistent with the NAS (National
>Academy of Sciences) report on hardrock mining."
>This amendment is necessary because Interior has adopted such a narrow and
>extreme interpretation of the fiscal 2000 agreement. Because Interior's
>interpretation of the statute renders the agreement meaningless, it is

>A little history:
>In 1998, Congress ordered a study by the National Research Council of the
>NAS to determine the effectiveness of current federal and state mining
>regulations. NAS completed its study in September 1999, finding that
>current mining rules are generally effective, and that major changes in the
>federal rules are unnecessary. Instead, NAS recommended specific changes
>that would improve the current federal rules.
>In November 1999, Congress implemented the NAS report conclusions by giving
>Interior the go-ahead to finalize 3809 rules that are "not inconsistent
>with" the NAS report.
>However, only a month later, in December 1999, Interior's Solicitor

>that Interior can finalize whatever 3809 changes it wishes, as long as

>and recommendations contained in the remaining 120 pages.
>Interior has twisted the directions given by Congress to suit its own

>does that mining opponents would like to strike.
>Please let your senators know that the amendment is necessary and to vote
>against striking it. Doing so will ensure that mining on public lands

>also ensuring that the regulatory system is effective, efficient and
>equitable.

Lobby, I don't get it. A recap would help. Fears, Jeers and Spears. In the China News today other than TRADING status was that the central government is going to now CLOSE down a few hundred coal mines because there have been 350 deaths in mine accidents in the 4 winter months of this year. The operations trageted are NON PERMITED. ( Grin, I suspect that they are based at Ore Piles.)
