Fed came out with his printing press all right today,
with 6.65 Billion in securities lending, an activity
well known to boost stocks. Worked in October 02, March 03,
August 03, April 04, August 04, and April 05. Will it work again?
You bet!

Yep. Stochastics is at absurd levels (100), for SP and Nas,
any time frame, including monthly. However, 1999 has shown
in can stay there for a year.

We have a system based entirely on credit derivatives,
and the fact that 10-30-year rates remain low.
Stocks tank whenever they spike, and the Fed comes out with
coupon passes and extreme security lending.

Today LT bonds are up, after another huge chunk of Fed money
came in securities lending Yesterday.
