Palm, Unix and Linux operating systems. The Company also offers services, such as consulting, hosting

and provide fully automated payment processing and order accounting. The Company's three OEM customers,
Verizon Wireless, Cingular Wireless and Apple and their respective affiliates accounted for 47.9% of

(RHAT) Red Hat, Inc. provides an enterprise operating system and related systems management services based
on open source technology for the information technology infrastructure requirements of large enterprises.
The Company developed an enterprise operating system, Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS, which it introduced
in May 2002. In March 2003, the Company launched three additional technology solutions in the Red Hat
Enterprise Linux line: Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES, Red Hat Enterprise Linux WS and Red Hat Network.
Red Hat also offers a range of professional services relating to the development, deployment, and use
of Red Hat Enterprise Linux and related technology-based systems management services. These professional
services include information technology architecture consulting, Red Hat Enterprise technology deployment
services, training and education and hardware certification.


(QBAK) Qualstar Corporation designs, develops, manufactures and sells automated magnetic tape libraries used
to store, retrieve and manage electronic data primarily in network computing environments. Tape libraries
consist of cartridge tape drives, storage arrays of tape cartridges and robotics to move the tape cartridges
from their storage locations to the tape drives under software control. The Company's tape libraries
provide storage solutions for organizations requiring back-up, recovery and archival storage of critical
electronic information. Its tape libraries also can provide near-online storage as an alternative to
disk drives. Its products are compatible with commonly used network operating systems, including UNIX,
Windows NT, NetWare and Linux. They are also compatible with a range of storage management software
packages, such as those supplied by Computer Associates, Legato, Tivioli and Veritas.


(OPSW) Opsware Inc. provides data center automation software for enterprises, government agencies and service
providers seeking to reduce costs and increase the quality and security of data center operations. The
Company's software, called the Opsware System, automates key server and software operations in data
centers, including provisioning, changing, patching, reporting, configuring, scaling, securing, recovering,
auditing and reallocating servers and business applications across geographically disparate locations
and heterogeneous data center environments. The Company released Opsware System 4.0 in September 2003.
In addition, in December 2003, Opsware announced the limited release of the Company's first product
that runs on the Linux platform, Opsware System 4.0: Linux Edition. In February 2004, the Company announced
the limited release of its first product for the Japanese market, Opsware System 4.0: Japanese Edition


(NTIQ) NetIQ Corporation provides systems and security management and Web analytics software solutions for
assuring, analyzing and optimizing the performance, availability and security of its customers' information
technology infrastructure and Websites. Historically focused on Microsoft Windows applications management,
the Company has become a provider of software to test, migrate, administer, monitor, secure and analyze
complex, distributed Windows-centric computer systems. The Company's UNIX and Linux modules address
its customers' growing need to manage heterogeneous environments with cross-platform solutions, and
enable them to manage more applications, servers and operating systems with its products. With the December
2002 acquisition of PentaSafe Security Technologies, Inc., the Company provides security management
products running on AS/400, as well as on UNIX and Windows systems.


(NOVL) Novell, Inc. provides business solutions that work across multiple platforms and are designed to secure
and empower the networked world, help organizations solve complex business challenges, simplify their
systems and processes and capture new opportunities. These include software applications that are developed
using open Internet standards, the Company's own eDirectory network infrastructure products and consulting
services. They support highly distributed network solutions and capitalize on the growth of the Internet.
Novell's training, service and support and consulting groups also support its business solutions by
providing worldwide consulting, training, developer and distribution channel programs that support its
product offerings. In January 2004, the Company acquired Suse Linux, which allows Novell to offer a
full range of enterprise solutions on the Linux platform, from the server to the desktop.


(MDKI) Medicore, Inc. distributes medical products, provides medical services related to dialysis treatments
and makes investments in technology companies. The Company's business segments are the medical products
division that distributes medical products; the operation of kidney dialysis centers and other dialysis
services through its 59% owned public subsidiary, Dialysis Corporation of America, and the investment
in technology companies through its approximately 14% interest in Linux Global Partners, Inc., a private
speculative company that invests in developing Linux software companies that includes Xandros, Inc.,
a 95% owned subsidiary of Linux Global Partners, which has developed and commenced marketing of a Linux
desktop operating system. The Company's medical products division develops and distributes medical products,
primarily disposables, both domestically and internationally, to hospitals, blood banks, laboratories
and retail pharmacies.


(HUMC) Hummingbird Ltd. is a global provider of enterprise software solutions. Its enterprise content management
solutions fall into two principal product families, Hummingbird Enterprise and Hummingbird Connectivity.
The Company's flagship offering, Hummingbird Enterprise, is an integrated suite of software applications
that allows users to extract both structured and unstructured data from disparate corporate locations
to capture, create, access, share, find, analyze, protect and publish data, and efficiently manage all
consent from a single point of access and administration. Hummingbird Connectivity is the Company's
host access product suite that includes software applications for accessing mission-critical back-office
applications and related data from the majority of systems, including mainframe, AS/400, Linux and UNIX
platform environments. The Company's products are sold and supported in over 50 countries worldwide.


(CHKP) Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. develops markets and supports Internet security and virtual private
networking solutions for enterprise and high-end networks, service providers, small and medium businesses
and consumers. The Company delivers solutions that enable secure, reliable and manageable communications
over Internet protocol networks, including the Internet, Intranets and extranets. The technology of
Check Point is aimed to provide enterprises with intelligent security solutions for their most critical
information security challenges in three distinct areas: perimeter, Web and internal networks. The capabilities
of Check Point products can be extended with the open platform for security, enabling integration with
hardware appliances and third-party security software applications. The Company's products run on a
range of hardware platforms, running primarily on operating systems, such as Nokia IPSO, Microsoft (Windows),
Sun Microsystems (Solaris) and Linux.


(CDWC) CDW Corporation, formerly known as CDW Computer Centers, Inc., is a direct marketer of multi-brand computers
and related technology products and services in the United States. Its product offerings include multi-brand
computers and related technology products, including hardware and peripherals, software, accessories
and other products, for use with microcomputers based on a variety of operating platforms, including
Microsoft, Apple, Linux, Novel, Unix and others. CDW also provides a variety of value-added services
and Web-based tools to its customers, including the ability to custom configure multi-branded solutions,
manage software licenses through its Software License Tracker tool and track tagged assets through its
IT Asset Management Tracking Database. The Company also offers technical support 24 hours a day, seven

(ATRS) Altiris, Inc. is a provider of software products and services that enable organizations to manage information
technology (IT) assets throughout their lifecycles. It develops, markets and supports software products
designed to allow users to deploy and manage mission critical applications throughout the IT lifecycle
on distributed Windows servers, desktop computers, notebook computers and handheld devices, as well
as UNIX, Linux, Macintosh, RIM and Palm systems. The Company's primary product suites include client
management, server management and asset management. The client management suite provides deployment
and configuration management for client and mobile services; the server management suite provides deployment
and configuration management for servers, and the asset management suite provides integrated inventory,

(ADBE) Adobe Systems Incorporated offers a line of software and services for consumers, creative professionals
