Well today looks even better...I am 95 % flat...I never cover completely...just in case...

The earning announcement has been promised by Vik Grove and he is so completely stupid...no one ever taught him the basics no filings...means you cant release whats in them...I told him that be stronglly....disagreed...

You sound like you have no idea what you are talking about, as a NASDAQ market makler i can tell you that quick moves like you saw in ABTE dont mean anything...Gaps up and down in the mornig are all referred to among us as the " Suckers Open" ...Can you guess who are the usual suckers??? .....You...

Been quiet here lately...

Why are you posting here and why do you admit you are a market maker?? Doesnt this compromise your position considering the SEC has made it clear they are cracking down on Internet boards and investigating in general activities of Nasdaq market makers?

At least, thats what I read in articles.

I also think the current market is a great vehicle for shorters.

If you were to put a post up and not disclose you are a market maker than you would have something to be worried about, I also believe that if you are licensed in any capacity you must disclose it and have all messages approved by a Registered 24 at your firm. This limits one statements to facts and not hype.


I think full sdisclosure is good and I have a fine relationship with the SEC..but thanks for allowing me the oppurtunity to point out the above

I am 95% flat with a small short waiting for that killer earnings announcement and the Arthur anderson appointment......I need those two things to happen before i will short anymore ..to answer your question I am one of the owners and principles
