You are right. The current warrants were issued in 1996, and expire over time until April. I don't know the reason for this, unless it was a sneaky way to possibly buy back stock since they are prohibited from doing so until later this year because the Frame acquistion was done by pooling of interests. Just a guess.

The only bad news I saw today was a broker downgrade. 1997 earnings estimates were chopped by about $0.20.
