The technicals continue to improve for ALTS:

60+% of basis ownership is situated between $0.639 thru $0.857 with 20% loosely scattered above and below this concentrated range. This is very encouraging for it basically means that the resistance is behind the prevailing price and no longer in front of it. Friday's higher then average trading levels confirmed this fact. The stock will now have a more difficult time breaking down through $0.857 and below. There are very few owners with basis above $0.857 anymore, and as such, there is a diminished likelihood of any rally killing.

The average owner's basis is now only $0.748.
