I was reading the INSGY 10K and saw this tidbit:

"The Company plans to open a Japanese sales office in 1999. Currently, members of the North American sales force regularly visit potential customers in Japan. The Company is also assisted in developing business relations in Japan by Japan Entry, a third party consulting company."

A search on Japan Entry came up with this additional information:
