Souns like the exception. Other exceptions to watch for are Juniper and Cirrent. But look at Argon,Shasta,Torrent,Lightera,Omnia,Xylan,Fibexx,Pipelinks,Sentient .....well you get the picture. The Europeans still have not made a play in routers except for Siemens and Argon. Alcatel, Ericcson, Nokia, Marconi etc are in the wings for scraps of the table of Cisco, Lucent,and Nortel.
