RT,

If anyone was dumb enough to buy into this scam without seeing that the company was in clear violation of Vivus' transurethral patents then they deserve what they got (99% depreciation over the past 2 years). Vivus would not have been able to do anything about this company until they passed phase II, phase III and then attempted to market a product. At that point I'm sure Vivus would have sued them for patent infringement on the delivery system.

Do you remember all the talk about a deal with UpJohn to partner with HVSF and finance their phase II trials? Too bad the cell phone batteries on Tom's cell phone were bad. Perhaps the only "negotiations" HVSF had with UpJohn was when HVSF called on them asking if they would get involved. IMO UpJohn may have had a few conversations with HVSF but once they saw that their so called "product" was a clear infringement on Vivus' transurethral patent the conversation ended. Too bad some suckers bought into the UpJohn story.

Actually I was getting sick of reading all those bs press releases they kept placing out on the internet.

Thanks to Batman for exposing this scam from the get go. The cape crusaders on Raging Bull have kept the criminal elements in check. Looks like Gotham city has been purged of the "undesirables".
