Racom just completed a reverse split (1 for 4.5 shr) #reply-8095143. Watch RCOMD the next couple of days to get an idea how a reverse will play with RMTR. One major difference, RCOMD does not have a preferred conversion hanging over it. However, Racom is looking to do a preferred financing. Key to Racom's financing is to generate revenues before the preferred shrs convert. If they do this, we will see Racom come to life. On another note, the liquidating trustees of Ramtron are considered insiders. As such, they may have information about Ramtron that is not common knowledge. The fact they are against Ramtron's reverse split suggests they may beware of an alternative we do not know about. My guess, its best to follow their lead and VOTE NO! BTW, I do not hold a position in RMTR. Just lending my limited wisdom to the thread and all that.
