How can S&P have issued a research report on OE on 2/6/99

when they dropped coverage months ago?:

wsvoice.com

I'm suspicious this service is trying to get you to buy an old report. Did anyone buy this report?

I was the among those who did receive the OE "commercial progress" mailing. I didn't mention it because it was old news (snail mail).

Apparently another OE/OMC hearing has been scheduled for early March, although I'm uncertain of the exact date (March 9th or 12th?). There was a chance the case could have been dismissed at the initial hearing. Link into court schedule doesn't seem to be working right - doesn't display more than a week in advance. It doesn't make sense for this to be anything but a lawsuit being filed by OE against OMC, although I'm still uncertain. Monday is a holiday for government bodies, and that will probably block access to information until Tuesday.
