NMMA says DFI will go down as low as 20 HP: nmma-medialink.com I will make some inquiries about this. Not only is the proliferation of 4S inconsistent with this, but other reports suggest a limit closer to 100 HP. I would expect Tohatsu to try to take OCP lower than OptiMax.
