I am more of a technology guy than a market guy, so I wouldn't be the best person to ask.

Perhaps checking the NASDQ listings policies might be a good place to start or just ask someone with knowledge in this area (broker/analyst). Who? I could ask the analyst that I am talking to and doing some stuff for to answer it, but don't count on him elaborating on it to much to me. Wouldn't be in his best interest or mine to post something back on here.

I need to recoup my slightly tarnished relationship with THW, and not aggravate it any more than I did. And their interest will be to keep confidential.
