When trading BB stocks , I call WaterHouse by phone
for the real time quote & then enter a limit order.
Here in the KC area longest wait by phone has been
5 min. When I do place a order it is executed most of
the time within 2 to 5 min. But they are limit orders
and not market orders.( I try & place limit orders close
to their bid or ask)using fractions.
