Well I may be wrong about a news leak.

I just went to Excite and looked at an intraday
chart of TGX. They show a news dot (red) at before
hours and also after hours. The before hours news
release was from an ambulance chaser. I can't find
anything about the after hours release yet.

Post it if you find it.
