Frank, I think you have hit the nail dead on. Such behavior is called market manipulation. One doesn't know where one is with this type of approach to releasing results. While timing may be appropriate, sitting on last years results is disrespectful of shareholders rights. Although I believe that Essex may have something substantial, I sold out my position at $3.30 because I didn't like the high volume treading water trading pattern, and was uncomfortable with the insinuation about management and its news releases. While this is all suspicion as far as what may actually be taking place, one has to feel comfortable in these speculative plays. The bottom line is, I went with my gut reaction. Robert
