Ron, I believe that any initiative in the PA legislature is dead for now. ALD has purchased 9.9% of the outstanding shares, I believe 72% of the shares outstanding were tendered, so there will be a pro-ration. Details on AMP's self-tender are still sketchy. I still think that either AMP will sell to ALD at a higher price, or a white Knight will come in near 50. I see little chance of AMP remaining an independent co. Larry
