The thing that really annoys me is that in each of the BB stock threads that I have followed there have been nattering nabobs of negativism, and they have always been right. In each case the stock I have followed has had great technology that has been under capitalized and poorly managed. I have yet to see or hear of a BB stock, contaminated by Reg S or some other anti dilution type of debenture, that has been successful. PTSC is my last shot at a BB home run. I think they might have good management now, but the question is will they have to go back to the highly dilutive convertible issue to keep the company afloat or will they be getting enough business in the near future to avoid this? Do they have enough cash on hand to make it happen without off-shore financing? If not, I've more than learned my lesson and will pick up my ball and bat and go home, never to play the game again.
