James, just to clarify,

Igen's high throughput instruments is for Research Labs.

Roche's is for hospital central labs, reference labs, and blood banks.

These are separate areas and there has been no infridgment in this area , well actually I have heard Roche has placed some electsys machines with pharmacuetical companies, but not sure if this is accurate (and this isn't high throughput, but maybe they didn't place them there since these fast instruments are just now coming out). But I'd think if Roche was doing this, they would have stopped after Igen got the injunction against Roche for putting electsys in POC physician offices.
