Steve, some big decisions are going to have to be made in the next week about what to do about TBR and at this point, I really don't know what to do. I feel like there are a lot of people like me that perhaps sell their shares on the 28th rather then fool with the conversion process. What do you think? When you don't really know what your getting and also, I worry about Brazil devaluing after the election and that would really hurt with 12 Brazilian companies. I'm sure you have thought of this too. I hate the thought of paying $1.50 per ADR for the TBR HOLDING . I saw where you said the stock should be at $120 by conversion. What ever happened to $145.00. Not to menion to the $180. As you can see, it's all really confusing to me as to what to do with my shares. From reading the threads, I get the feeling your going to sell your share prior to the conversion. I think that's what's happening now or the stock would be going up. It's just simplier then trying to figure all of this out. Let me know what your thinking. Thanks. Janie
