John, your 26 million incremental subscriber estimate is noted. Since no one else seems to want to play this game, you may just have earned yourself an easy lunch!!

Something to consider- if QCOM can net $10 per incremental subscriber (from QCOM phones, ASICS, royalties, etc.), then your estimate implies $260 million net earnings in the next year, or about $3.40 per share excluding Omnitracs.
