The fallacy -- IMO -- is equating "users" with "customers" I "use" YHOO. But I don't pay them, I click through to only a very few of their ads, to date I have never bought anything as a result of those ads, and I have never bought anything from a YHOO merchant, either.

The analysis falls apart when one realizes that most "users" are not customers at all. Just freeloaders. Like me.
