Only a moron would believe that paying $150 million for what is nothing more than an ill conceived, illusion of earnings factoring scam where the actual risks are completely unknown and a high stock price (still high) was created by keeping a small float controlled (possibly manipulated) and raising money through a series of private placements. Let them go to the SEC - that'll be the end for them.
