AN OVERVIEW..PART I...WHERE ARE WE NOW...???

If the deal goes through, then XVN gets US$2,500,000.00,
or CDN$3,375,000.00.........

Further, XVN also gets 15% of the issued capital, (approx) 3,000,000
shares of the new company "Newco".....

If the IPO goes out for, let's be real conservative here, US$3.00 or
CDN$4.00, then this amounts to an additional CDN$12,000,000.00 of value
to the company...That's if THEY keep the shares and don't distribute
them to the shareholders of record (for tax purposes)...heheh...
Personally, I don't "sive a ghit"... As long as the value is factored into
the XVN share price, I don't care if its in the right pocket or the left
pocket..i.e. as long as (VTID + XVN = $X.XX) Or (XVN itself = $SAME AMOUNT), I'm happy as a pig in 'ghit'...

So, now the company has an extra value of + $15,000,000.00....

Do you know of any small companies, like XVN, who have a marketable,
viable product and who also have over $15,000,000.00 of capital or "capital
value" ON THE SIDE, who, with 23million shares are trading @ $.84 ??

Let's see how many we can come up with...Any volunteers...??

Hell, with just the + $15,000,000.00 ALONE, the share value would be a
"pure" $.65 and that's not even considering the "revenue generating"
XVN System...OR..heheh..IT'S FUTURE POTENTIAL..!!! Hint-hint-wink-wink..!!

Even a god-damn mining company 'shell' with no property, no prospects,
nothing but $15,000,000.00 in the bank would trade much higher,
EVEN IN DECEMBER...!!

In any language, $15,000,000.00 commands attention and now gives the
company tremendous 'financial leverage'...

....Continued in PART II..."WHERE ARE WE GOING...???"

Regards....Ray
