None of whom had the background material or even knowledge of the upcoming case apparently until 9-6-17. The deciding meeting appears to have been held on 10-11-17? Or at least the first consideration of the case. Yep, a primary objection seems to be how quickly the case was decided. I know nothing about Taiwan's politics or the make up of this board but it certainly sounds like what we saw with the FTC. That might explain why Qualcomm has made some aggressive moves in response to the Taiwan fine (pulling out of partnerships) versus what we have seen in other countries. slacker
