The FCC foresight of the things to come changed the rules of the game and unleashed a wave of new technologies and new investment not ever seen in history.
The rest of the world followed suit.
In a similar manner, rolling back Net Neutrality will. once again, unleash a new wave of investment after people get used to the idea.
Former FCC Tom Wheeler is, once again, fuming, but he was fuming when the Telecom Act of 1996 came into force.
