|Curiously, there were no responses to "chief"s perplexing post.|
It sounds to me like Shepard is ever so gently preparing his flock for a "possible negative outcome". His confidence seems to have eroded a bit.
And, it appears he is also preparing his flock for a delay in a stock price increase, as well as [further] delays in rental fees and bonuses.
Why do I think that?
Following is a ProBoards forum quote from "chief" a couple of months ago during a discussion on the odds of the Defendants (RaPower3, et al) winning the DOJ Injunction lawsuit:
"IMO, About 99.8% in our favor"
So, he went from a mere 0.2% possibility of loss to a "possible negative outcome".
I wonder what percentage he is estimating NOW about whether court actions will be settled in their favor?
I also wonder what his thoughts are on post Injunction Claim legal activity, if any, against him and his cohorts.
"If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is."
Sure is a pretty day.
