Yes, but perhaps you have noticed Iridium had another launch forecasted for the 15 of December (now with launch date TBD). Look at

www-pao.ksc.nasa.gov/kscpao/schedule/mixfleet. Isn't it interesting that the date is now TBD (I just saw another message saying it is scheduled for the 20th). Could it have been a backup in case the Long March launch failed? Probably yes.

Notice Globalstar's first launch is scheduled for Feb. Globalstar has postponed their first launch for several times already.
