The easiest solution I could find involves simply going into your system sound folder and changing the name of Tink to Basso (after removing Basso first). It would probably be a good idea to duplicate both files and put them on the desktop before renaming, then make the change. You'll have to authenticate at each step.

Or if you really want a more elegant solution (but not an easier one), then try this:
