I am not sure what they are up to because the refinery was an integral part of their operations and actually gave them much better price because of it.. I am not too happy to see that go..

As far as conventional oil fields go, the operational numbers were low but I am surprised they did not get more for it..

Current management is not that great as far as communicating where things stand although today's news suggest there may still be some life left and things could be revived.. Keep in mind, their market cap right now is only $195m ..

Only financing they can expect is if some one takes a chunk of them since the banks and other sources are tapped out..
