If you google incb39110-290, you'll find three links for which the google ghost does not resemble content on the linked page. The link descriptions apparently show what someone at UF Shands once thought about the molecule's target..... "novel JAK inhibitor".

Doesn't seem consitent with Friedman's irritation at the 39110 question.
