I have sprouted seeds but got out of the habit several years ago. I have the plastic cap with the holes in it which I bought a long time ago for a couple of bucks and lots of seeds like mung beans and adzuki beans as well as broccoli and other seeds. I'll have to get back to sprouting seeds as it works well for me since I am the chief, cook and bottle washer in the family right now.
