|Watching a video of an Apache AH-64 Chopper taking out Taliban at night in Afghanistan. They ran out of 30 mm chain gun rounds, so they started taking individual targets out with Hellfire missiles, at a cost of 68,000 dollars each. If it saves the life of a coalition soldier thats worth it. But 68,000 per kill, sure sounds like a lot of money.|
Video was not on YouTube, another site hosting these, as YouTube takes them down. I am not going to post the video.
I think this is the first time in the history of war, that civilians can now watch war footage, raw footage that you would never see on TV or DVD, or even YouTube, or Live Leak. The soldiers are taking these videos and posting them on sites that will host them.
The term war is hell, is sure accurate. But we need to take care of these bad guys. So I hope everyone is supporting the troops over there and the ones that come back.
