All good points Farmboy! Lets see...................dr's assistant did the deed and she inserted that needle and removed it faster than you or I can blink an eye. If I hadn't been looking I would never know I got the shot. And because it was so fast, I didn't get a good look at the needle, but it must have been really small? In fact now that you mention it, I didn't see her dispose of it either. Hmmmmm! It did start to sting the second she removed the needle, but the injection spot was so small she couldn't see where it was to put on the bandaid. I know she just guessed and slapped on the flabbiest part of my upper arm cuz she said she couldn't see the site and then it was on me. I took the darned thing off as soon as I got home knowing it was just a glue backed piece of feel good and I wanted to get it off before the glue set in too much. Still hurts like the dickens and I'm going to complain if this continues. LOL And BTW GITS friends.........despite all of this horrible ggg pain.........I am glad I got the shot and if just one of you (that is overdue) gets one the next time you're at the docs..........that will make me feel pretty good. ;)
