Microsft (MSFT) Doesn't Plan to Make Office '13 Available on Macs (AAPL)8:53 AM ET, 07/19/2012 - Street Insider
According to reports out Thursday, Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT) is planning to make Office 2013 available on Apple's (Nasdaq: AAPL) Mac PC line...not!

When the announcement was made Monday, not mention of excluding OS X was made. However, a spokesperson told tech blog The Verge it hasn't made Office 2013 for Mac yet.

Despite not being able to utilize new cloud capabilities of Office 2013, Mac users will be able to access Microsoft's SkyDrive and Office 365, which allows users to save documents in an off-site location.

Apple and Microsoft are both indicated higher in early trading Thursday.
