there is such a large market for so many other applications out there that have yet to be even explored.

Gas stations, outdoor signage and directories, restaurant menu systems in bright light, etc. Golf instruction, outdoor handheld service crews, outdoor instrumentation. there are probably 100's of smaller applications that can use this device and also help grow the market and acceptance.

Any of these do not have all the constraints of what your talking about and provide 10-50 M unit TAMS.

So where has Mirasol been marketed to yet? Are they just waiting for the one big play to open up? I have yet to see any mirasol in anything other than demos and proposed Ereaders.

Parking lot monitors, security readouts in bright palces, front door camera readouts (or remote by the pool to see who is at your front door), etc....

Probably come up wtih 500 uses in an afternoon of skunkworks.

Interesting question is to ask their TOTAL unit sales volume so far. Less than 1M units means nobody is trying so hard IF the technology is as mature as they say.

Stop talking about the home run and talk about the next 10 little customers who might add up to $10M a year revenue at this point and get production volume going and increase yeilds and perhaps develop markets that even we can't think of yet..

Military hand help devices and readouts......

So what unit volume have they moved so far?
