A competent quarter is all that is needed. The market will then shift its attention to the iPhone 5 and mini iPad introductions and the possible volumes in the December quarter.
I agree. The revenue and EPS numbers forecast by Letaio for Posts at Eventide would represent a significant beat of Apple's guidance for the quarter, and of the Street consensus. I think that would satisfy most Investors and analysts, and would support a continuation of the recent uptrend in AAPL, with the stock reaching new all time highs in September.

A lot will depend on guidance, as usual, but there could be an upside surprise there.
