I didn't see anything particularly compelling in that list, to be honest. Sure, some (or all) of them could turn out be right, but I don't believe so. And some of them are, frankly, contradictory (can't be both "wrong size" and taken out by same-size iPad Mini).
However, if they don't get better at customer service, they're going to have problems.
IMO.
Correction: I didn't return the Fire, I gave it away. I thought it more or less sucked, the person who received is actually quite happy with it. YMMV, I guess. |
