People on Social Security - a federal program - in Oregon get to deduct their cost of medical marijuana in figuring their eligibility for food stamps - a federal program! ........And who needs food stamps more than those using marijuana?
Not sure what your point is here. Are you saying they shouldn't be able to deduct the costs of medicines?
